The stand-alone program RSECTION determines the section properties for any thin-walled and massive cross-sections and performs a stress analysis. RSECTION can be connected to the FEA software RFEM and the structural frame analysis software RSTAB. Sections from RSECTION are also available in the RFEM and RSTAB library. Conversely, internal forces from RFEM and RSTAB can be imported into RSECTION. Data can be entered graphically, in tables, by importing a DXF file, or via script.

The program is used by structural engineers, engineering firms, construction companies, architects, and government agencies to model and analyze complex 3D structures. RFEM is the basis of a modular software system and used to define structures, materials, and loads of planar and spatial structural systems consisting of plates, walls, shells, and members. The program also can be used to create combined structures as well as to model solid and contact elements. RWIND is a program (digital wind tunnel) for the numerical simulation of wind flows around any building geometries with determination of the wind loads on their surfaces. RWIND is available as a Basic and Pro version.

The 3D structural frame analysis program RSTAB is the ideal tool for the design of beam, frame, or truss structures consisting of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, aluminum, or other materials. RSTAB can be used to quickly define a structural model and then calculate the internal forces, deformations, and support reactions. Various add-ons that take into account the material and standard-specific requirements are available for the design.
